Grandmother, 71, died of a fatal head injury after she tripped and fell down steps at airport

Paula Whitelaw (pictured) of Biddulph Moor, Staffordshire, suffered a fatal head injury when she tripped as a bus arrived at the terminal to transport passengers to the plane at Krakow Airport in Poland.
