Woman SPARED jail after she repeatedly attacked a baby girl before moaning about hair appointment 

Shannon Soutter was supposed to be looking after the child at a house in Angus. When the baby was rushed to hospital Soutter was 'annoyed' she might miss a hair appointment in two days.
